At Higher Being, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care and hygiene products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Contact us with photos of the damaged item to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
